Marine Iguana Sneeze Sound to Ward Off Germaphobes

Marine iguanas normally eat underwater, from algae beds. A curious result of which is sneezing, since, after returning to land, they must excrete the saltwater they've swallowed. These endangered creatures are the only seafaring lizards that exist, and can hold their breath under water for up to 45 minutes—that's nothing to sneeze at!
