For us NYC folk, the last few weeks have seen some pretty crazy weather. I have lived basically my entire life in the Northeast, yet it was not until August, 2011, that I finally experienced both my first earthquake, and my first hurricane (I was out of town for Bob in 1991).
All of this wild seismic and meteorological activity got me thinking... what are the most commonly searched-for weather sound effects? I did some recon on Google, and what follows is a list of the Top 10 most in-demand weather sound effects.
